Excellent product. I had LOTS of tar on my van from road construction. Took it right off and there were big thick areas on the van. It's a small bottle but when I got done with entire van there was still some left.
I had a lot of tar on the bottom part of my car behind the front wheels and under the front doors. My detail guy said it could be removed because the tar was imbedded into the paint (not true at all). So I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought this product. It worked perfectly. I sprayed it on, waited a few minutes and wiped it off with a soft cloth. The tar stains wiped right off. I was able to clean the tar off both sides of my car in less than 30 minutes. I'm glad I found this product and recommend it highly.
If you live in pa your know how bad fresh tar and chip road can be. After driving though one with my truck and scrubbing for hours with degreaser I thought all hope was lost till I found this stuff IT WORKS AMAZING!!! I just followed instructions and it worked perfect then wipes right off with a rag little to no elbow grease required 100% would recommend this product the only way this would be better is if they sold it in bigger quantities.

Do not know whats in it, but it wipes it right off, if you have a tar issue, this the stuff to use.

- Unlike most tar removers, Q²M Tar does not affect any exterior surfaces and is bodywork safe. It can be used on paint, glass, plastic trim, both painted and unpainted. As it is pH neutral, it can also be used to remove tar spots from bare polished lips.
- On soft or medium hard paints even the use of a mild clay may result in marring. As most contamination can be dissolved by combined usage of Q²M Tar and Q²M Iron, this product is also a great help in the maintenance of cars, which have had paint correction done in the past. This stuff is great on tar it takes right off, just follow the instructions and it's great. I have not used it to remove any dried dead bugs, Iam satisfied with how it dissolves tag.
I cannot believe how good this worked.I had to hire all over my truck, it’s a white truck, and I came completely clean.
Had a large patch of tar on car paint for weeks, trying different things to get it off. This worked beautifully, no damage to paint.
Works very well, had some old rubber and tar on my rear quarter panels and it took a few applications to completely remove but worked better and safer then anything else I tried.
This spray is something you should always have in your trunk it clean so well it’s amazing
