Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings (Glass

Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings (Glass Coating)

Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Coatings (Glass Coating)

This is good stuff. Used this on 4 wheels which are painted and clear-coated. Did the prep as described in the instructions. The coating went on pretty well. A couple of notes:

This stuff is volatile, meaning it evaporates quickly. Get a pattern established for doing your spokes or it won't be obvious where you've applied it or haven't once it's dries. It will disappear quickly.

Not sure if I didn't apply it well enough or if my brakes are extra sticky, but I can't hose off my brake dust. I can get it off easily using some rinseless wash and a microfiber towel (or a damp one). Brake dust come off more easily than it did previously. But hosing off to get the wheels clean isn't happening. Wondering if I should have treated them twice just to be sure it was applied well enough.

If possible remove your wheels to clean and coat. I didn't. A lot of extra work to prep/polish wheels when they're on the car. If you know how and are comfortable doing so, I would recommend removing your wheels.

Fantastic product!!! However, the user needs to be careful as your spraying because it could get on other parts and you need to quickly wipe it off.

Description

Nano-glass ceramic particles are the secret to the superb performance of Black Label Diamond Glass Coating. As soon as you apply Diamond Glass Coating to your vehicle's exterior glass, it immediately starts forming a hardened glass membrane that actually becomes one with the glass. As this glass membrane hardens, it fills in microscopic pits, pores, and valleys, creating a perfectly smooth surface so dirt, road grime, oil, and airborne contaminants can't stick. The crystal clear barrier of protection created by Diamond Glass Coating is so slick that it will cause water to bead up and roll off at speeds as low as 20 mph, rendering your windshield wipers virtually unnecessary! Black Label Diamond Glass Coating is perfect for drivers located in the Snow Belt. Thanks to the immense amount of surface tension created by Diamond Glass Coating, snow and sleet are easily removed. If your vehicle is parked outside and a slurry of rain and sleet happens to freeze on the windshield, a quick swipe with your favorite snow brush will take it right off. When the weather warms up and bugs find their way to your windshield, they too will easily be removed. Directions: Ensure surface is cool to the touch and out of direct sunlight. Polish the glass first using Black Label Surface Cleansing Polish. Spray Diamond Glass Coating directly onto the surface and evenly distribute using a Lake Country Coating Applicator. Allow product to set up for 1 minute then lightly buff with a clean, soft, lint-free microfiber towel. Do not apply any pressure to the towel while performing this step. Do not expose glass to moisture for 12 hours. Check out the Black Label Diamond Coating Application Guide for more thorough instructions on how to apply the coating.
