Lasted around a year or 20k miles of heavy traffic California. There is a slight audible noise but its very dull and barley audible. I have a good stereo so i am also very perceptive to sounds an rattles. They were put in a 2001 corolla with a noticeable difference in braking from the last pads.
The part works fine. Car stops well (1999 Chevy Prizm, same as 1998-2002 Toyota Corolla). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it was delivered in what seemed to be a returned package. The pads were wrapped in a harbor freight towel.
Fits perfectly just don't mind the rag inside. It's as if you'll use it wipe your car. You're just going to wipe your hands and the parts with it
If you know how to change pads, these are as easy as any others, but a bit better because they include clips and a small tube of highly expensive silicone grease.
