Solid headers. They are just painted so be aware of that. After the paint burns off I will be coating them with high temp paint and wrapping them. Used the air injection port for a pyrometer and welded the second one shut as I don’t need air injection for my application. I had a pair of these on another truck for 10+years and they were great.
