Installation took about 3 hours for me always great to have a buddy to help a little tricky taking the stock manifold out of the passenger side but just take your time sounds great already had my exhaust done with carven exhaust these gave that extra mean sound and nice rumble at stop

Headers still holding up well just the donut gasket completely crumbled and destroyed itself went to go buy a felpro gasket for a couple bucks much better material might even replace the actual manifold gaskets

Headers are still doing great the gaskets that came with the headers were trash I had to replace them I decided to throw the original ones back on and they sealed nicely no exhaust leaks
I like these headers..... HOWEVER they do need to have some massaging done to make them flow the way headers should. They welding the tubes to the flanges on the inside instead of from the outside, so if you do buy be prepared to but out the Dremel to smooth out those ugly welds, also do your self a favor and either use the OEM gaskets or go buy a set of OEM quality gaskets do not use the ones supplied they're cheaply made and will cost you more hassle in the long run.
The install wasn't too bad. I should have sanded the paint on it, I didn't know that it was raddle can paint to protect it during storage and shipment. I just didn't read the description. I put some ceramic Auto Zone header paint on it (without sanding the original paint) and it was gone immediately when I got it up to operating temp. The installation wasn't too hard. The only thing or problem that I had was on the passenger side. The headers were not clearing the firewall, but not by much. So I got my rubber mallet and starting whacking. Once that cleared the install was complete. I have noticed a good tone to the exhaust, but she is begging for a complete dual exhaust, which I will do this month. I have noticed a decrease in MPG. The computer and O2 sensors do not like the new headers. The truck down shifts hard sometimes, and you can tell it knows something isn't right. After the true dual exhaust, I am going to get a tune from Black Bear. For the money these headers are right on. I also had a problem with a collector gasket messing up on me after a while (which causes an exhaust leak where the header and collector meet). They sent out a replacement gasket and I took it to a local gasket shop to rig up a aluminum gasket. Other than that these headers are nice. I have received a lot of compliments on how they look. Good buy!
Worked great
These are nice for those of you kn a budget. I recommend getting exhaust wrap and spray and wrap them prior to installation. I previously installed a Spectre intake which increased my throttle response and slightly helped the MPG. Now with the headers on, I have noticed a slight improvement to my trucks performance and a much better MPG. I also am trying out some vibration resistant lock washers under the header bolt ( Nord-lok) so I do not need to remember to tighten them every month. My next step is to wrap them and eventually get a programmer to get the best efficiency out of my engine (I hope)
