Of the five products, two are defective.One is that the bottle is broken, the contents go out and the lid does not open. One has no sponge.

Order was not delivered. Seller used incorrect shipping method although I had paid for the shipping. The shipping method he ended up using could not ship liquid items. I don't understand why the seller didn't check this and why did he not confirm beforehand. He is selling this item and does not even know how to ship it. Had to file a dispute for a refund eventually.
