I have used other CG items for tires but those had to have an applicator pad and worse, still had a ton of flinging off afterwards. So with the spray it goes on somewhat even and it all the tiny spaces of a Toyo M\T tire. I do suggest put this on at the very end of the wash even after you are done moving the vehicle. Not too much flinging but it does better when it has time to sit for awhile before hitting the road.
I initially bought this for my tires. I know that with more applications it can really shine, but I like the more matte finish. It also works well on all the other black trim on the car. I bought the sponge applicator for the tires and it makes the job so much quicker with the less wasted product. I use it once every few car washes, sometimes it really doesn't need it, but it's so easy, I do it anyway.
They make some of the best cleaning chemicals. The ONLY knock I have to give is the bottles are TRASH. Two squeezes and it broke. Almost every bottle I have got from them have broke.
I wasn't impressed the first few times I used this because I used an applicator, giving a deep black but nearly matte finish. Last two times out, I just sprayed it on and let it sit - deep, gloss, black finish that is holding up well!
It didn't stay wet lookin in the rain, but other than that works as advertised.

At first I thought it wasn’t going to shine at all. But once I gave it the second coat, my tires were glowing. Highly recommend this stuff. Hardly no spin off and last pretty long too.

5 rainstorms later and although the tired don't look wet, they are certainly still bright black. I am highly impressed with this product!!
