After buying this header and doing the exhaust my car ran like a terd and sucked down gas like a hog. No performance improvement until I took it to Rich Tuned Motor Sports in Auburn Wa. He wired in a new computer (v-tec) in it , a new distributer from a 94 integra and dyno tuned it :) it ran great after that gained 30hp. Then I had him put a vtec head on it when the water pump started leaking and got a total of 172hp & 139 ft lbs of torque :) so far so good :)
