MD Next Gen is a dual-layer, hydrophobic, nano- & micro- technology-based, prosumer-grade automotive paint coating. A new manufacturing process and a combination of nano- and micro- particles allow for reduced development costs and easier application resulting in a much greater value compared with conventional ceramic coatings.
►Base coat forms an exceptionally-strong, three dimensional network of nano-sized ceramic particles, which fill pores not only on the surface, but below the surface
►Top coat adds a urethane-reinforced, nano- and micro- particle layer which produces a deep, glossy shine and a slick, anti-static, hydrophobic surface
►Light filling capacity can fill very light defects, reducing amount polish prep work needed, in some cases
►Resists UV rays, high temperatures, detergents, extreme weather conditions, acids, salts, bugs
►Much easier to use than conventional ceramic coating systems-virtual wipe-on, wipe-off ease
