If you are reading this review, it is probably because you cannot decide between UWWP+, Optimum Opti-Clean, Optimum waterless wash and gloss, Chemical Guys Eco Smart, D115 and Pinnacle.
I am here to tell you, that UWWP+ is the hands down winner.
Pros:
Dilution ration .5oz yeilds 22oz of product... that's in the ballpark of 5.5 gallons of product for $20+/-!!!
SUPER slick-- Spray this liberally on your paint, wipe off excess with 1 MF and buff off with a different MF.. wait 90 seconds for the poly chargers to "bond" or whatever...... dem feelz
NO DUST! I would have chosen CG ecosmart because I feel like it removes dirt a little better. (HOWEVER, it is a dust attractant!) UWWP+ attracts no dust!
No streaks
Cons:
No horsepower added.
Save yourself the headache, and just buy UWWP+ Don't bother testing all of the above ones, because I already have!
EDIT: BE SURE TO USE WITH DISTILLED WATER!!!
In my professional opinion. Ultima waterless wash gives a better shine than optium no rinse wash and shine. The ultima wash plus is more money. I do not really use waterless washes on the exterior or paint most of the time. I use waterless washes for door panels center consoles or leather seats. Depending on what im cleaning say a door panel. I will spray the cleaner on the door panel say then agiate with a brush. Then I have this ultima waterless wash one ounce in a gallon bucket filled with water with a microfiber soaking in it. After I scrubbed the door panel with a brush with regular cleaner. I grab the microfiber thats been soaking in the bucket with Ultima and go over it wherever I just cleaned. Then wipe down with a clean dry microfiber. It gives an amazing shine my customers love it.
This stuff is the best. I am a college student in Prescott, AZ. I drive a Jeep, and this place is a dust bucket. My house doesn't have a water spigot on the outside, so having a good waterless wash is a must. It does great at removing dust from my Jeep. I use this every 2 or 3 days, and people compliment my Jeep paint all the time. It only takes about 5 minutes to wash the entire Jeep.
Not only is this great for removing dust, but it gets bug guts off of the paint and windows better than anything else I've ever used. In the spring time the trip between Prescott and Phoenix is filled with bugs... sometimes it sounds like rain because so many bugs are splatting against the window.
I use this with distilled water and it leaves absolutely no streaks. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for an easy way to keep their car clean.
Before I bought this I was using Chemical Guys Eco-Smart. It worked very well but I wanted something that was cheaper. AND THIS IS MUCH CHEAPER. This is the perfect solution to keeping your car looking clean in the middle of the week before a weekend wash. You don't have to worry about scratches if you use the right method.
Spray a a good amount on to panel, wipe dirt off in straight lines with the fluffy side of microfiber (switch to a different portion of the fluffy side when it gets too dirty)
Buff clean with the flat side of a DIFFERENT microfiber towel and boom. its that easy.
I was torn between trying this product or Optimum No Rinse as a rinseless wash product, during a conversation with a friend of mine who also is a detailer he told me he tried both and prefers the Ultima. He then suggested that I try it and if I didn't like it he would buy it from me for full price! That's a pretty confident review and made the choice very easy to me, so of course I bought a bottle. Now, I am almost through my second bottle and ordering a third, I love the stuff! Great in rinseless form or waterless, I use both regularly with great results.
Now, as for as the Optimum No Rinse goes, I really don't think that would have been a bad choice either, with as many reviews I see from people I trust very much on multiple detailing groups and pages I follow both of these two have a huge following and I don't think you can go wrong with either one if you are on the fence.

I have used this product just once...and the car was pretty clean when I started. I spayed on the solution and wiped it off....easy, it removes water marks and light dirt. It left the surface very smooth as if the car was just waxed.I don't think it would work to well if the car was dirty, remains to be seen.I didn't see any swirls or scratches using it. So I don't know for sure how well it works...but did a very good job on my almost clean car. Used micro fiber towels to wipe down...so far I like the product....used about 11 oz solution for one wipe down .
I love this product and it very slick. You can use it many ways and you will never be dissatisfied. Get it off in hot sun though it will not lay there forever. I am in AZ though and the temps in the summer are extreme. Either way, it will save you money. When you first use it you will think you have to use more than they recommend, but you do not. Do not expect a very foaming wash, but very slick wash that removes all the grime.
I love this product! My car feels silky smooth when I'm done using it. It always leaves it with a deep black finish and seems to do a nice job of hiding the scratches. I like that it's concentrated so I can mix up however much I need - be it a spray bottle worth or a gallon. I like the mixing setup that the bottle has too, so I can get exactly the right amount of product. Great stuff! Smells good too! Nice and fruity.
I keep a spray bottle done up in my car boot for cleaning up any bird poo, pollen splats or for a quick touch up after rain if I've just washed my car. It seems to work well. It's a brand new car and I haven't noticed any scratches. It looks like this is a very concentrated quality product. This one bottle makes a lot of bottles of waterless wash.
My new favorite go to waterless wash. Smells good and is slick as can be. Was even impressed with how well it worked on my wheels, even cutting through the brake dust. Will definitely be reordering when it runs out, which will be quite a while as it only uses half an ounce of the concentrate to make 22 ounces of spray. I mixed one bottle one ounce of the concentrate and used it as a lube for claying a car and it works great.
