These are a must buy for anyone running large headers. I have a 87 Chevy truck with a lightly modded 454 with Headman headers which kept burning the #1 plug wire because the fit is so tight. I picked these up as well as the Accel shorty header plugs and haven't had an issue since. They aren't cheap but well worth the investment.
Side note: The "boot" does not move because it is a hard ceramic so make sure to order the correct angle you'll need.
This is the second set of wires I have bought now. I run them on race cars and they are working great. no more burned up rubber boots the ceramic ends line right up on the plug no more trying to line it up to plug it on. the tool they send to put the ends on is not the a great thing to use but it will work if you take your time learn how to use it. I build alot of race motors do alot of plug wires I bought the accel hand hand crimper for doing the ends makes things quick and easy if you are only doing one set just use what they send you.

These are great wires ;It's about time they came out with a wire boot the doesn't heat crack and thus foul the spark to the header;I am buying a second set;My use is on a big block chevy with 2 1/8" headers;
These are due to arrive soon. This is my second purchase of these wires. Only I dread is assembling them. Lost my first set in an RV electrical fire.
I installed hedders on my RV 454 engine and these angled away from the hedders. Worked well.
