High quality, quiet rear brake pads for my Camry. I can confirm, from my personal experience, that the ACT1212 pads are 100% compatible with the 2014.5 Camry, and thus are compatible with many other Camry years.

The brake felt smoother after 2 weeks. Please allow the brake pads to get used to the rotors.
But for the first 2 weeks, I felt the braking distance is much longer than before. It seems fine now. (Maybe I am getting used to new braking distance.)

After the replacements, the clicking noise from the front brake pad/caliper was gone, which was there from day 1 in my case. I believe many of you are aware of this clicking noise. (The noise was coming from the front brake pad/caliper, when I was changing gear from Drive to Reverse or Parking to Reverse.) Maybe my mechanic did something. I would not know. Anyway, the noise is gone.

- Please check the manufacturing date for the rotors. 2015? Really? Is this amazon-outlet? 1 of the rotor was back-ordered and delivered 1 month later, which was manufactured in May 2015. I returned it due to the condition of the rotors. The surface of the rotor was chipped and scratched and they were deep. As you receive the rotor, please check the surface of the rotors. If you compare 2 rotors at the same time, it would be easier for you to find something faulty.
And if you want to return rotors, please try not to use UPS DROP BOX. Due to the weight of the item, you might damage someone else’s belongings or the rotors.
Akebono pads have always served me well. I've changed a number or sets and had never really found a brand I liked. I've used Hawks, Brembo products, the stuff they sell at NAPA, PepBoys, Autozone, and other automotive stores...unless Akebono changes their products, I have no reason to stray away from what works. Minimal dust, almost no noise (absolutely nothing more than you can expect from something rubbing on a spinning surface), and reasonably priced. I only wish they included the hardware with the pads, but the price on Amazon is good enough that it offsets having to buy it. If I paid full price, I would likely give it 4-stars.
Akebono are the best ceramic pads if near zero brake dust and quiet operation is what you're looking for. Never use these for anything other than street use because stopping power is no match to semi-metallic pads.

The Akebono ceramic pads appear to be high quality parts. I had to transfer over the anti-squeal pads and rattle clips from my OEM Toyota pads, but that is pretty normal for aftermarket brake pads. Other than that, installation was easy and straight forward.
Out on the road, the Akebono ceramic pads offer increased initial bite and better stopping power and feel, compared to the original pads on my Toyota Camry. The only downside is that they squeal when cold when backing up. Its not the end of the world, but some folks find noise objectionable so I need to mention this. That's why they are only 4 stars and not 5. Other than the noise - which goes away - I'm very happy with this product.

I can tell the difference in stopping and braking over the OEM pads that were original to the car. I purchased both front and rear brake pads and cleaned and painted the calipers for this job, everything turned out great.

I bought these disc brake pads for use on the rear of a 2010 Toyota Rav4 Limited. They are easy to install and are long lasting. I've used Akebono ProACT Premium Brake Pads in the past and they have always been excellent.
Perfect fit for the rear pads on our 2006 Toyota RAV4 V6 4X4. It already comes with the anti-rattle clips attached to the back so you don't have to re-use the ones from the factory pads. You will however, need to reuse the small spring clips on the bottom of each pad. So far, it's quiet and stops equally good as the factory pads. Haven't driven enough to see if there is less dust buildup.
This was the best price I could find for these premium pads. Advanced Auto Sparta sells these for $25-30 more. Awesome customer service
