Many parts houses and even this listing on Amazon list this O2 sensor with a blue square faced connector as the only one for a 2003 Hummer H2, but my 2003 Hummer H2 uses the same sensor as is listed for the 2004 Hummer H2; Look at the picture ( I supplied - click photo ) and note the trapezoidal shaped sensor face. This trapezoidal faced sensor is the one for Bank one (driver's side), Sensor one (upstream / prior to the catalytic converter) AND for Bank #2, Sensor #1 as well.
The squared faced ones are ONLY used for the #2 sensors, (downstream of the catalytic converters).
And, YES, they work just fine !
Bought this to replace the downstream O2 sensor in a 2005 Pontiac G6. (Bank 1, sensor 2 code)
Direct fit and correct connector for factory wiring harness make this an easy swap. Arrived with anti seize already on the threads. Check engine light and code have not come back since replacement. Make sure you have a 7/8" wrench.

I installed this one in my 2005 silverado when I swapped out the catalytic converter. It fit the factory plug correctly.

Perfect fit
Item was a direct fit on my 2003 Sierra, worked great. Delivery was fast and the product was just as described. This is not a "universal" fit O2 sensor, this one is vehicle specific and had the correct wire connector for my truck, took less than 10 minutes to install.
I bought 2 oxygen sensors because my truck, indicated faults with the light of the board " check engine" and when placing the scanner threw faults in the oxygen sensors. I changed them and the problem was solved, the truck works perfectly.
Exact replacement, worked well.
