I used it on a new sedan to protect its paint. The Cleargard is an improvement and cheaper than the older Teflon sealant that I used to paid dealers to apply on my previous new cars. I used less than half a bottle to coat the Tesla Model 3 which has a glass roof. It takes a little practice to apply it because the applicator cloth with sponge have a small surface area so you can not cover too much at a time.
